A creamy low-carb, high-protein apple dip made with cottage cheese, peanut butter and orange juice concentrate.
1 cup cottage cheese
2 Tbsp PB Fit (sugar-free)
2 Tbsp natural peanut butter
2 Tbsp orange juice concentrate
2 Tbsp water
Add the cottage cheese, peanut butter powder, peanut butter, orange juice concentrate and water to a blender or small food processor. I use my mini cuisinart for this one (and many others!).
Blend until completely smooth and creamy, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed.
Transfer to a serving bowl.
Serve immediately with apple slices, celery slices, or graham crackers, or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
